Vouch works like a card — your recipient receives card details they can use just like a regular payment card. Online, they enter the details at checkout. In store, they can add it to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and pay as they normally would.

No problem. Vouch supports partial payments. If the bill is €200 and the voucher is worth €150, the €150 is automatically deducted and the recipient pays the remaining €50 by their usual method.

No — Vouch vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Every Vouch is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
